Vivenkapelle es una aldea en la provincia belga de West Flandes, situada en el territorio de Damme. La localidad cuenta con más de 500 habitantes. Vivenkapelle forma parte de Damme desde 1977, antes pertenecía a Sint-Kruis, que ahora es una parroquia de Brujas.
En 1240 se menciona a un Hendrik van Vyve, y en 1300 se utilizó por primera vez el nombre de lugar Viven. A partir de 1530 se hablaba de la capilla de viven, y desde 1743 se utilizaba el nombre Vijve cappelle. Hoy en día, también se puede ver el nombre Vijve kapelle.
