Esta antigua granja del siglo XVII fue construida con entramado de madera y adobe, y luego se transformó gradualmente en un edificio de ladrillo. La fachada trasera es la parte mejor conservada del edificio, gracias a su antiguo revestimiento, que lo protegió de las inclemencias del tiempo y de otras agresiones. El edificio tiene un tejado a dos aguas de Eternit. La granja fue convertida en casa habitacional en el siglo XIX. Por esta razón, se renovaron los pasajes y se añadió una ampliación. En el interior, se han conservado vigas inclinadas con nichos y una chimenea de la segunda mitad del siglo XVII. También son notables los paneles de madera y la chimenea de la primera mitad del siglo XIX.
