La iglesia de San Aldegondis es la antigua iglesia parroquial de As. Se encuentra en el Camino de la Iglesia. La iglesia y el cementerio amurallado que la rodea son un monumento protegido.
Probablemente, en el lugar de la actual iglesia de San Aldegondis había una pequeña iglesia de madera del siglo VIII. Entre 1973 y 1974, antes de la restauración de la actual iglesia, se realizaron excavaciones que demostraron que la gótica iglesia de San Aldegondis tenía un predecesor románico: una pequeña iglesia rectangular de 7 por 13 metros, construida con piedras de río.
