El Cementerio Militar de Lijssenthoek es el impresionante testigo de más de cuatro años de violencia bélica. De 1915 a 1920, en la aldea de Lijssenthoek se estableció el mayor hospital de evacuación del Saliente de Ypres. Hoy, el cementerio refleja la Gran Guerra. El centro de visitantes cuenta la historia de este lugar único.
