La iglesia de San Denis o iglesia de San Dionisio es un edificio religioso en Lieja. Era una de las siete iglesias capitulares de Lieja. Está dedicada a Dionisio de París.
La iglesia fue fundada en 987, gracias a la intervención del príncipe-obispo Notger. El capítulo contenía originalmente veinte canónigos, más tarde treinta. La iglesia formaba parte de la primera muralla de la ciudad y la pesada torre, construida en arenisca, era parte de la defensa de la ciudad. Estudios de los anillos anuales en la madera de las vigas del techo de la nave han demostrado que data del período 1012-1015. El ábside románico fue reemplazado a principios del siglo XV por el actual ábside gótico. A finales del siglo XVII, el interior de la iglesia fue transformado al estilo barroco que predominaba en ese momento.
