Las Grutas de Sainte-Anne son grutas situadas al sur de Tilff en el camino hacia Esneux, la N633, ubicadas a orillas del Ourthe en la provincia belga de Lieja. Justo fuera del casco urbano de Tilff, a la izquierda en el lado norte de la carretera, hay rocas sobresalientes con plazas de aparcamiento. En la roca más al sur, hay una escalera que sube hacia la entrada de la cueva, que cuenta con una reja de acero en un marco de hormigón.
