El túnel Frans Tijsman es un túnel al norte de Amberes, bajo el Kanaaldok. El túnel es parte de la autopista R2. El túnel se encuentra en la prolongación del túnel Liefkenshoek pero no tiene peaje hasta la salida 12 viniendo desde los Países Bajos. El túnel tiene 820 metros de largo.
El túnel lleva el nombre del concejal de Amberes Frans Tijsmans, quien falleció en 1967, el año en que se inauguró el túnel.
