El Dominio Hofstade es un parque recreativo de 160 hectáreas y es propiedad de Sport Vlaanderen. Se encuentra en Hofstade, una localidad de Zemst en la provincia belga de Brabante Flamenco. Consiste principalmente en agua. Los dos lagos más grandes son respectivamente de 35 y 25 hectáreas. En el lado este del lago más grande se ha construido una playa de 800 m de largo y 30 m de ancho. El lago más grande es el lago deportivo, el lago más pequeño y otros dos pequeños estanques son estanques de pesca. Alrededor de los lagos y en los bosques se han establecido senderos para caminar. El dominio es un lugar conocido por albergar una gran variedad de aves.
