La estación Appelterre es una estación de ferrocarril a lo largo de la línea 90 en Appelterre-Eichem, una submunicipalidad de la ciudad de Ninove. La parada se encuentra a un kilómetro de la estación Zandbergen.
Appelterre cuenta con un edificio de la estación del Tipo 1893 L6, en el cual desde 2005 no hay taquillas disponibles. Desde entonces, el edificio se encuentra vacío. Las ventanas han sido retiradas y reemplazadas por paneles de madera debido a un vandalismo continuo. La fachada derecha de la parte central está revestida con poco estéticas 'placas fachada ciegas'.
