La calle de los Fresias es una calle bruselense del municipio de Schaerbeek que va de la intersección de la avenida de las Glycinas, de la calle Cabo Claes y de la avenida Rector Van Waeyenbergh a la avenida Gustave Latinis pasando por el camino del Forjador.
El fresia es una planta monocotiledónea bulbosa originaria de Sudáfrica, cultivada por sus flores muy fragantes, de colores variados. Pertenece a la familia de las Iridáceas. Su nombre data de 1866, y le fue dado por el botánico Ecklon en honor a un médico alemán llamado Freese.
