El bosque de Stropers se extiende por los municipios de Sint-Gillis-Waas y Stekene. El bosque, con una variedad de árboles de hoja caduca y coníferas, representa un valor añadido para esta ruta de mountain bike. En este remanente de lo que se conocía como Koningsforeest, donde los condes de Flandes solían cazar, también encontramos restos de la Línea, que se construyó en 1701 a raíz de la Guerra de Sucesión.
