La iglesia de Nuestra Señora en la ciudad belga de Diest es un edificio dedicado a María. La iglesia se encuentra junto al beguinaje y está construida en su mayor parte con arenisca.
En este lugar había una capilla que servía como capilla del castillo para los señores de la bandera de Diest. Estos señores residían en un castillo cercano en una colina, conocido en 2009 como la Warande. La capilla fue mencionada por primera vez en 1211. Fue, junto con sus posesiones y diezmos, donada por el entonces señor de Diest, Arnold IV, a la abadía de Tongerlo con la condición de que los premonstratenses de la abadía atendieran la capilla. Su nombramiento como iglesia parroquial en 1253 y el crecimiento de Diest hicieron que la capilla quedara pequeña.
