Semi-cerrado casa de campo anteriormente denominada "Melkhof" (según el Atlas de Caminos de Vecindario de 1842-1844 y el plano Popp del tercer cuarto del siglo XIX), que se remonta a la granja monástica de la prioría cartuja de "Sint-Maartens-Bos". Situada en el lado norte de la plaza frontal dentro del sitio del monasterio. Antigua granja del monasterio tras su demolición, con excepción del ala este con el granero, en 1926 reemplazada por nuevos edificios de granja, parcialmente con recuperación del material de demolición, entre otros, de las vigas del techo.
