En el municipio de Esen, la cervecería St.-Henricus fue adquirida en 1980 por tres hermanos - que primero practicaron el noble arte de la elaboración de cerveza en la tina de lavado - y se convirtió en la cervecería De Dolle Brouwers. De Dolle Brouwers elabora en pequeña escala y de manera artesanal algunas cervezas notables, a saber, Oerbier, Arabier, Boskeun, Dulle Teve, Stille Nacht y Stout. Todas las cervezas no están filtradas, no están pasteurizadas y tienen una segunda fermentación en botella.
Conoce durante una visita las diferentes cervezas, elaboradas a partir de cebada. Después de la visita, es posible una degustación.
Las visitas individuales y las visitas con un grupo más pequeño son posibles los domingos por la tarde a las 15:00.
