Casa señorial original, en uso como ayuntamiento desde 1844. Propiedad del municipio desde 1874. Integrado en la construcción en hileras, casa ancha con fachada de estilo neoclásico enlucida y pintada de cinco tramos y dos plantas bajo un tejado a dos aguas (cumbrera paralela a la calle, pizarra), de la primera mitad del siglo XIX, completamente renovada y ampliada en 1932-1933 según el diseño del arquitecto provincial G. Careels. Se habilitaron oficinas y una sala de bodas en la planta baja, la sala de consejo en "estilo flamenco" en el piso superior, y los espacios de archivo en el ático.
