La llamada "Área de descanso De Zwaan". Antiguamente una casa doble del tipo con dos pisos y siete ejes bajo un tejado a dos aguas (cima paralela a la calle, pizarra). Fachada principal enlucida y pintada sobre un zócalo de hormigón proyectado con vistas del siglo XIX. Aberturas de pared rectangulares; ventanas con alféizares continuos. Ventanas y puertas inferiores (tres) en marcos planos enlucidos con orejas y goteo. Ventanas superiores parcialmente en marcos perimetrales, conectadas a través de los pilares, con una clave trapezoidal. Medallón central con un cisne y el nombre de la casa. Entablamento con frisos y festones.
