Cannaertstraat nr. 17. Granja histórica conocida como "Kapelhoeve". El nombre se refiere a la O.-L.-V. de Troostkapel, situada en la entrada de la propiedad. Granja del siglo XVIII, indicada en el mapa de Ferraris (1770-1778) y en el Atlas de los Caminos Comarcales (1830). Componentes sueltos agrupados en forma de U alrededor de un patio empedrado. Al noroeste, la casa de campo; al este, el granero; y al noreste, el ala de establo. Casa de campo alargada de 1830 con revestimiento de ladrillo pintado de blanco sobre un zócalo de piedra.
