Villa modernista construida en 1962 según un diseño del arquitecto André Croonenberghs por encargo de Karel De Decker, situada en una parcela rectangular al sur de la Kuurstraat. Los planes de construcción fueron aprobados el 20 de julio de 1962. La parcela se encuentra en un barrio de villas en el borde oeste del territorio de Genk, al oeste de la reserva natural De Maten y al sur de la Hasseltweg y el Dominio Bokrijk.
