Bajo una gran acacia se encuentra la alargada granja llamada Melskens, en honor a Joseph Melskens, que vivió aquí entre 1857 y su muerte en 1880, con orden: establo(?)-casa de vivienda-establo-almacén transversal-establo; tres (?) tramos de vivienda y un piso, bajo un tejado a dos aguas (con la cúspide perpendicular a la calle, tejas flamencas) con vigas de alero, inclinadas hacia la calle, con núcleo que data del siglo XVIII.
