El patio y los edificios auxiliares de este importante edificio desaparecieron cuando se construyó la nueva iglesia. Ya mencionado en 1393, y se pensaba que pertenecía a la catedral de Lieja. Desde 1805 hasta 1824 funcionó como Hotel del Canal Ourthe, luego de 1856 a 1872 como escuela municipal y en 1876 se convirtió en un casino real. Parcialmente visitable. En la actualidad, alberga un restaurante gastronómico.
