Indre gård og de tilstødende bygninger fra denne vigtige bygning forsvandt, da den nye kirke blev bygget. Allerede nævnt i 1393 og skulle dengang høre til katedralen i Liège. Fra 1805 til 1824 fungerede det som Hotel van het Ourthekanaal, derefter fra 1856 til 1872 som kommuneskole, og i 1876 blev det et kongeligt casino. Delvist tilgængeligt for besigtigelse. I dag findes der en gastronomisk restaurant.
