El asedio de la ciudad y la ciudadela de Tournai tuvo lugar del 25 de abril al 19 de junio de 1745 y formó parte de la Guerra de SucesiónAustríaca. Los ejércitos de asedio franceses estaban comandados por el mariscal de Saxe; su oponente era el comandante de la fortaleza neerlandesa Johan Adolf Van Dorth con sus defensores. Como resultado del asedio, los neerlandeses tuvieron que capitular y entregar la fortaleza a los franceses.
