La Gruta de María de Maldegem-Kleit o Gruta de Lourdes es una gruta de Lourdes y lugar de peregrinación, situada en la Halledreef en el pueblo de Kleit en la provincia belga de Flandes Oriental. El lugar de oración está dedicado a Nuestra Señora y se encuentra cerca de la N44, a la altura de la salida hacia Kleit.
La gruta de Lourdes fue construida entre 1950 y 1952 en el jardín del presbiterio detrás de la iglesia parroquial, un remanente del antiguo bosque de Kluis.
