La Grotta di Maria di Maldegem-Kleit o Grotta di Lourdes è una grotta di Lourdes e un luogo di pellegrinaggio, situata lungo l'Halledreef nel villaggio ecclesiastico di Kleit nella provincia belga dell'Oost-Vlaanderen. Il luogo di preghiera è dedicato a Nostra Signora ed è situato vicino alla N44, all'altezza dell'uscita per Kleit.
La grotta di Lourdes è stata costruita dal 1950 al 1952 nel giardino del parroco dietro la chiesa parrocchiale, un residuo dell'ex Kluisbos.
