La grotte de Marie de Maldegem-Kleit ou grotte de Lourdes est une grotte de Lourdes et un lieu de pèlerinage, située sur l'Halledreef dans le village ecclésiastique de Kleit dans la province belge de Flandre-Orientale. Ce lieu de prière est dédié à Notre-Dame et est situé près de la N44 à hauteur de la sortie vers Kleit.
La grotte de Lourdes a été construite de 1950 à 1952 dans le jardin du presbytère derrière l'église paroissiale, un vestige de l'ancien Kluisbos.
