La Fondatie de Boudelo es un área natural en los municipios belgas de Sint-Niklaas y Stekene. La Fondatie se encuentra mayormente al sur del Canal de Stekense. La asociación regional para la gestión de la naturaleza vzw Durme tiene un proyecto de reserva y ya ha adquirido más de 99 hectáreas de terrenos. Al oeste de la Fondatie se encuentra la reserva forestal De Heirnisse, un área de casi 90 ha que es gestionada por la Comunidad Flamenca.
