La Fondatie de Boudelo est une zone naturelle dans les communes belges de Sint-Niklaas et Stekene. La Fondatie se trouve en grande partie au sud du Canal de Stekense. L'association régionale pour la gestion de la nature, vzw Durme, y a un projet de réserve et a déjà acquis plus de 99 hectares de terres. À l'ouest de la Fondatie se trouve la réserve forestière De Heirnisse, une zone d'environ 90 hectares gérée par la Communauté flamande.
