La Fondazione di Boudelo è un'area naturale nei comuni belgi di Sint-Niklaas e Stekene. La Fondazione si trova per lo più a sud del Canale di Stekene. L'associazione regionale per la gestione della natura vzw Durme ha un progetto di riserva e ha già acquisito oltre 99 ettari di terreno. A ovest della Fondazione si trova la riserva forestale De Heirnisse, un'area di quasi 90 ettari gestita dalla Comunità Fiamminga.
