En 2020, estos bancos fueron pintados por niños del barrio. Fue una iniciativa de la escuela de tareas ‘la Page’, el ‘Atelier du Prince’ y la ciudad. También aquí se pretendía aportar más color a este antiguo barrio industrial de Pré-Javais. El ‘Atelier du Prince’ es un espacio creativo artístico para grandes y pequeños, para principiantes y avanzados. Se organizan talleres sobre, entre otros, papel maché, cuentas y teatro de marionetas. Desde 2019, el taller se encuentra en una antigua fábrica textil. Este barrio era, de hecho, una de las zonas industriales más activas de Verviers.
