Ciclismo por la Heide es un carril bici en el Parque Nacional Hoge Kempen. Este carril bici en la Heide de Mechelen conecta los puntos de ciclovía 550 y 551 a través de un puente de bicicleta de 300 m de largo sobre la carretera hacia Zutendaal en Maasmechelen. El puente para bicicletas, inaugurado el 4 de julio de 2021, se encuentra en el lado norte de la división de Mechelen-aan-de-Maas y en el lado sur de la división de Opgrimbie. Es un puente panorámico, de 294 m de largo, que ofrece una vista sobre los bosques y extensiones de heide del parque nacional. Durante la semana posterior a la apertura, se contabilizaron 15,000 ciclistas en este carril bici.
