La antigua mina Spadius ("Sprotkot"), o Eurohal desde 1971, es un típico edificio redondo de ladrillo amarillo bajo una cúpula de cobre. Adjunto al edificio se encuentra el pequeño monumento "Eurovis" con la inscripción "OOSTENDE EUROVISERSSHAVEN 1971".
El memorial consiste en un bloque de hormigón con el rebaje de una espiga o polainas.
