Die ehemalige Spadius-Mine ("Sprotkot"), oder Eurohal von 1971, ist ein typischer runder gelber Backsteinbau unter einer Kupferkuppel. An das Gebäude gelehnt steht das kleine „Eurovis“-Denkmal mit der Aufschrift „OOSTENDE EUROVISERSSHAVEN 1971“.
Das Denkmal besteht aus einem Betonblock mit der Aussparung eines Herings oder Gamaschen.
