Capilla de carretera dedicada a la Santa María Madre de Dios, ver inscripción pintada. Construcción de ladrillo en planta rectangular bajo un tejado a dos aguas que se sobresale (cima perpendicular a la calle, tejas mecánicas), cuyo emplazamiento se remonta a mediados del siglo XIX, ver el mapa de Vandermaelen de alrededor de 1854. Aberturas en arco de medio punto en planos de fachada hundidos, con o sin frisos de ladrillo. Interior revocado y pintado con suelo de baldosas rojas.
