Esta capilla del muelle se encuentra en el cruce de la Rue de Houyoux y la Rue de Hoüte.
La sencilla capilla se levanta sobre una pilastra o estaca de piedra.
La palabra capilla deriva del latín cappa = manto, diminutivo capella, y hace referencia al manto de San Martín , obispo de Tours. Sint Maarten regaló su media capa a un hombre pobre, la media capa se convirtió en una reliquia y la habitación en la que se guardaba la capa se llamaba metonímicamente capella o capilla. A partir del siglo VII, la capilla se convirtió en el nombre de un (pequeño) lugar de culto.
