Schenkenberg es la ruina de un castillo en una altura sobre Thalheim en el cantón de Aargau, Suiza. Fue construido en el siglo XIII por encargo de los Habsburgo, fue durante 260 años la sede de la administración del landvogtei Schenkenberg de la ciudad de Berna y se deterioró en el siglo XVIII hasta convertirse en una ruina.
El castillo se encuentra en la montaña del mismo nombre, que tiene 631 metros de altura en el Faltenjura, aproximadamente 200 metros sobre el valle de Schenkenberg de cinco kilómetros de largo.
