El castillo de Glérolles se encuentra en una roca a orillas del lago de Ginebra, debajo de Rivaz, en el territorio municipal de Saint-Saphorin, en medio de Lavaux, Suiza.
El nombre del castillo se atribuye al pueblo romano de Glerula, que presumiblemente fue destruido en el año 563 por un tsunami en el lago de Ginebra. A orillas del lago, al oeste de Saint-Saphorin, solía estar el pequeño asentamiento de Glérolles.
