El macizo de Bohemia es una larga cadena de montañas situada en Europa central, que se extiende desde el este de Alemania hacia el sur de Polonia, el norte de Austria y la parte central de la República Checa. El macizo de Bohemia es un antiguo macizo que forma parte de la cadena Hercínica.
El macizo se formó durante el periodo geológico orogénico que abarca desde el Devónico al Pérmico . Consiste principalmente en rocas cristalinas, en especial de granitos y de gneis.
