El monasterio de Michaelstein es una antigua abadía cisterciense en Blankenburg, en Sachsen-Anhalt. La instalación monástica, situada en la Ruta de la Romanika y el Sendero de los Monasterios de Harz, está bajo la administración fiduciaria de la Fundación Cultural de Sachsen-Anhalt y hoy en día sirve como academia de música, lugar de conciertos y eventos, casa de conferencias y museo.
En la pared exterior de la iglesia conventual barroca, que se encuentra en el ala oeste del monasterio, están enterrados los restos mortales de la hija del emperador Beatriz I. La cercana Mönchemühle, situada en el Goldbach, fue utilizada por el monasterio como molino de aceite.
