Hornow-Wadelsdorf, en sorabo bajo Lěšće-Zakrjejc, fue un municipio en el distrito de Spree-Neiße en Brandeburgo, que existió desde el 31 de diciembre de 2001 hasta el 1 de enero de 2016.
