El distrito de Treptow [ˈtreːptoː] es un antiguo distrito administrativo de Berlín. Se fundó el 1 de octubre de 1920 en el marco de la Ley de Gran Berlín. El 1 de enero de 2001 se fusionó con el distrito vecino de Köpenick para formar el nuevo distrito de Treptow-Köpenick de Berlín.
El distrito de Treptow se desarrolló a lo largo de la línea de tren de Görlitz, que atravesaba el antiguo distrito. Esta línea de tren comenzaba en la antigua estación de tren de Görlitz en el extremo norte del distrito de Alt-Treptow y se dirigía paralelamente a la carretera principal de Adlergestell hacia Königs Wusterhausen. El antiguo distrito de Treptow se extendía como un área alargada desde el centro de Berlín hasta la frontera de la ciudad.
