El monasterio de Eberbach es una antigua abadía cisterciense de Alemania cerca de Eltville am Rhein en el Rheingau. Con sus impresionantes edificios románicos y del primer gótico, es una de las más significativas obras artísticas en el estado de Hesse.
En este monasterio se rodó en el invierno de 1985-1986 una gran parte de los interiores en la película El nombre de la rosa.
