El Alfsee es un embalse de 2,2 km² en el norte del distrito de Osnabrück en Baja Sajonia.
El Alfsee es, como embalse principal, parte del embalse de retención de inundaciones Alfhausen-Rieste, que asegura la protección contra inundaciones en el valle de Hasen y sirve como área recreativa. El operador es la Agencia de Gestión del Agua, Costas y Protección de la Naturaleza de Baja Sajonia. Todo el embalse de retención de inundaciones Alfhausen-Rieste está designado como área de protección ambiental.
