La Niedermühle se denomina al molino de agua del norte en el barrio Burgsteinfurt de Steinfurt.
El molino fue mencionado por primera vez en el año 1352 para distinguirlo del molino del castillo, situado a unos cientos de metros río arriba, como "nuevo molino", aunque probablemente ya existía algunos años antes. En 1475, el molino fue mencionado por primera vez con el nombre de "Niedermühle". En el siglo XVII, el molino se utilizó continuamente como molino de aceite. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, se detuvo la operación del molino; el derecho a represar fue transferido a la ciudad en 1957.
