La European Air Express Luftverkehrs GmbH & Co. KG fue una aerolínea regional alemana con sede en Mönchengladbach y base en el aeródromo de Mönchengladbach.
La fundación de la compañía se llevó a cabo en diciembre de 1998 tras el anuncio de la aerolínea británica Debonair Airways de cancelar la conexión desde el aeródromo de Mönchengladbach a Múnich. El anterior gerente de Alemania de Debonair Airways, Peter Hauptvogel jr., fundó la EAE y continuó la conexión Mönchengladbach - Múnich a partir del 8 de febrero de 1999 con un Fokker 50 alquilado a la aerolínea neerlandesa Denim Air. En el verano de 1999, EAE operó temporalmente la ruta Mönchengladbach - Westerland. El 11 de octubre de 1999, EAE asumió la conexión Mönchengladbach - Londres, una ruta previamente atendida por Debonair Airways.
