El Nieme es un afluente de 16,7 km de longitud, oriental y orográficamente derecho del Weser en el distrito de Göttingen, en Baja Sajonia.
El arroyo nace en la ladera este del bosque de Bramwald, arriba del pueblo de Varlosen, por la confluencia de los tres arroyos fuente Wesperke, Buirke y Valenke. Sus fuentes se encuentran al noreste del municipio de Bühren; un poco al suroeste de Bühren se encuentra el origen de la Schede, otro afluente del Weser un poco más al sur.
