El castillo de Adolfsburg, también escrito como Adolphsburg, es un castillo de agua en el valle de Hundemtal, en la entrada del pueblo de Oberhundem, un distrito del municipio de Kirchhundem en el distrito de Olpe, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia.
El castillo de Adolfsburg recibe su nombre del constructor Johann Adolf von Fürstenberg, quien lo mandó construir en la década de 1670, probablemente según los planos de Ambrosius von Oelde, sobre las ruinas de un antiguo asentamiento. Se trata de un castillo de agua en estilo barroco, que fue concebido principalmente para el propietario como un lugar de recreo y residencia para la vejez. Johann Adolf von Fürstenberg, un miembro de la familia que desde el siglo XVI estaba enriquecida, entre otros, en las oficinas de Bilstein y Waldenburg, pertenecía al estado eclesiástico. Fue miembro del capítulo de la catedral de Münster, así como canónigo y prebendado de la Santa Cruz en Hildesheim.
