Het kasteel Adolfsburg, ook wel Adolphsburg geschreven, is een waterkasteel in het Hundemtal aan de ingang van Oberhundem, een deelgemeente van de gemeente Kirchhundem in de provincie Olpe in Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Kasteel Adolfsburg ontleent zijn naam aan de bouwer Johann Adolf von Fürstenberg, die het in de jaren 1670 waarschijnlijk naar plannen van Ambrosius von Oelde liet bouwen op de resten van een oude burcht. Het is een barok waterkasteel dat voor de opdrachtgever voornamelijk als recreatie- en ouderdomszit was bedoeld. Johann Adolf von Fürstenberg, een telg van de sinds de 16e eeuw onder andere in de ambten Bilstein en Waldenburg bezittende familie, behoorde tot de geestelijke stand. Hij was lid van het kapittel van de dom van Münster en domheer en prior van het Heilige Kruis in Hildesheim.
