La cueva de estalactitas König-Otto es una cueva natural de karst en Sankt Colomann, un distrito de la ciudad de Velburg en el condado de Neumarkt en la Oberpfalz en Baviera.
Se encuentra al sureste de Neumarkt en la Oberpfalz y es considerada una de las cuevas de estalactitas más hermosas de Alemania. Tiene una longitud total de 450 metros, de los cuales 270 metros son accesibles en una visita guiada de 30 a 40 minutos. La cueva fue descubierta por el pastor Peter Federl el 30 de septiembre de 1895, el día de San Otto, del rey de Baviera, de ahí su nombre. En el Adviento de 1972 se descubrió otra parte desconocida de la cueva, la sala del Adviento, que posteriormente fue conectada desde la cueva principal y también se hizo accesible al público. La cueva pertenece a las cuevas de exhibición agrupadas bajo el título de Erlebniswelt Jurahöhle.
