La Vieja Sinagoga de Einbeck es un monumento protegido construido entre 1798 y 1803 en la Baustraße 15a en Einbeck, en el distrito de Northeim. Se trata de un conjunto de casa frontal y casa trasera. La casa frontal probablemente se construyó antes de 1700 y fue utilizada por la comunidad judía desde 1798 hasta 1908. Detrás del edificio de la sinagoga se encuentra hoy un edificio de servicios de 1919, que se creó en relación con su reutilización como vivienda.
El archivo municipal de Einbeck contiene un expediente titulado “Construcción de un edificio de sinagoga en Einbeck 1798”, que incluye una solicitud de la comunidad judía para la construcción de la sinagoga y la aprobación del señor feudal. Como benefactor, Elias Meyer proporcionó los medios necesarios a la comunidad. No se conocen fuentes sobre la nueva construcción en sí, pero se puede deducir indirectamente por la entrada en el seguro contra incendios que el año de finalización fue 1803.
