La catedral de San Nicolás es la iglesia parroquial de la ciudad de Überlingen en el lago de Constanza. La basílica de cinco naves fue construida entre 1350 y 1576 en estilo gótico tardío. Entre los elementos que decoran el mayor edificio de iglesia gótica tardía en el lago de Constanza se encuentra un altar tallado de Jörg Zürn, una obra maestra del manierismo alemán. La catedral se destaca sobre el casco antiguo histórico de Überlingen, especialmente por su alto campanario norte. La plaza semicircular al norte de la iglesia era un cementerio antes de 1530. Al sur de la iglesia se encuentra el ayuntamiento gótico tardío de la ciudad, construido en 1494, que ya muestra influencias del renacimiento italiano.
